The Bureau of Jewish Education is pleased to invite your 11th and 12th grade students to the 2nd Annual Kurt and Gerda Klein Holocaust Education Forum for Teens on Wednesday, November 11, 2015. (Veterans Day)
The Forum will take place from 8:30 am to 12:15 pm, in Scottsdale, at the Ina Levine Jewish Community Campus, 12701 N. Scottsdale Rd.
Among the themes to be explored are: Lessons of the Holocaust, Media and Propaganda, Stereotyping and Upstanders vs. Bystanders.
Students will have the opportunity to engage with Holocaust Survivors and their children.
This event promises to be an amazing opportunity to impact your students, and to provide the next generation with information to combat injustice and prejudice.
We are requesting that you recommend students who would benefit by participating in this unique conference. Attached is a registration form to hand out to students.
