ACSS is offering several Awards to be presented at the 2026 Conference. They are Great Moments in Teaching Social Studies Award (for lesson plans that are highly effective in teaching students grades K-12), Wilbur Murra Award (for lifetime of social studies education or impacting students of the social studies), and the Isidore Starr Award (for a current outstanding social studies educator).
